St James's Laundry centre has now been running in the same family for fifty years.
We pride ourselves on providing a good service to our customers whether you're looking to do your own washing drying or if you would prefer we take care of it for you. We ensure the shop is a clean environment with working machinery and have recently acquired specialist machinery to allow high temperature washes to give a hygenic clean.

We ensure the shop is a clean environment with working machinery and have recently acquired specialist machinery to allow high temperature washes to give a hygienic clean.
SELF-SERVICE
We are open for more than 12 hours a day, everyday, if you want to come and do your own washing and drying.
"An individuals weeks worth of clothes including gym stuff, that fits in a normal duffel-bag, will cost you around £7.50 to wash and dry."
Prices will vary but this is a rough guide from management.

Every machine has at least 5 settings
Cold, Warm, Hot, Duvet, and Heavy Soil.

SPECIALIST WASHING
Hygiene Oxy (70°/90°)

Three of our washing machines are capable of washing at the higher temperatures of 70°C and 90°C. These machines supply the liquid soap, emulsifier, oxy (optional) & fabric softener to provide a superior wash killing bacteria and helping remove stains and odors.
